Accounts

You must give accurate information when you create an account and keep your sign-in details safe. You're responsible for activity under your account. If you sign up on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you're allowed to bind it to these terms.

Acceptable use

• Don't break the law or anyone else's rights using the Service.
• Don't try to access other customers' data or bypass security.
• Don't overload, disrupt or reverse-engineer the hosted Service.
• Only connect sources you're authorised to connect.

Your data

Your organisation owns its data. We only use it to provide the Service. You can take a clean export in a standard JSON format at any time.

We never train AI models on customer data. Connectors are read-only and never write back to your systems.

Beta and waitlist features

Features marked beta, early access or coming soon are provided "as is", may change, and may not always be available.

Fees

Any fees for hosted features will be shown before you're charged. Self-serve pricing is coming soon.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data. Our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the billing period before the claim: one month's fees if you pay monthly, or twelve months' fees if you pay annually. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that can't be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Ending your use

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can export your data before you leave.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
